Shipping & Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International shipping is available for limited locations. For a custom quote regarding international shipping, please contact us.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We provide exchanges of apparel due to incorrect size. You must contact us within 14 days of your item arriving. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for sending the item back. Once you send the item back and we've received it. We will ship the new item. A $4.95 handling fee will be charged to your card.
lost or damaged items
You have 14 calendar days from the date the item ships to notify us of a damaged item. Please email email@example.com with pictures to prove the damage to the item. Please also provide your order number. Once accepted, a new item will be provided and shipped within 5 business days. If you have not received your item after 10 business days from receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
