Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Domestic

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping International

International shipping is available for limited locations. For a custom quote regarding international shipping, please contact us. 

exchanges

We cannot provide exchanges on apparel that is made to order. Most of our apparel in the shop is made to order. Because each item is customizable, they are made to order. For other items, we can provide exchanges of items of the same value. You must contact us within 14 days of your item arriving. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for sending the item back. Once you send the item back and we've received it we will ship the new item. A $4.95 handling fee will be charged to your card or be requested via PayPal. Once paid, new shipment will be completed.

Returns

Apparel items are not eligible for returns due to the fact that they are made-to-order and customizable for each customer. For other items in the shop, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us or undeliverable

If the customer does not input the correct address or an error on the customers’ part results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again. We will either refund the order or the customer will be charged for shipping the item again.

If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer.

refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

digital downloads refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds will not be given for digital downloads. If you are unhappy with the content provided in any digital resource, we are always open to suggestions. Please contact support@rachelallene.com with suggestions for improvement. 

lost or damaged items

You have 14 calendar days from the date the item ships to notify us of a damaged item. Please email support@rachelallene.com with pictures to prove the damage to the item. Please also provide your order number. Once accepted, a new item will be provided and shipped within 5 business days.  If you have not received your item after 10 business days from receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact support@rachelallene.com.

Rachel Allene is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or undeliverable packages once the package leaves the RA Studio. Of course, I will do my best with what I can to help you if there are any problems with shipping!
